The majority of the resources on this blog were compiled by my friend and natural-birth advocate Jen Coias, without whom I'd have two doctors and one doula listing. She has done more to find natural birthing options for expats in Brasilia than anyone else I know. Thank you for all your hard work. It has benefited many and will continue to do so. I dedicate this site to empowering women to trust their bodies throughout pregnancy, labor, and delivery; and getting women everywhere to stand up for their right to deliver their babies in a calm, peaceful and loving environment, wherever that may be.
